My Journey From Silence to Sound Medicine

Ten years ago, I was diagnosed with thyroid autoimmune disease - a physical manifestation of my suppressed voice - and told I would die if I didn't go on medication for the rest of my life.

Working as a fashion designer, I looked successful on the outside, but felt deeply disconnected from my truth. My relationship was falling apart because I couldn't reveal my heart. I was lacking in close friendships because I had a hard time expressing my vulnerability.

Instead of following the prescribed path, I listened to the whisper of my soul.

I quit my fashion career and rediscovered music. Through sound healing, voice liberation, and energy work, I discovered what no doctor had told me: I AM THE MEDICINE. MY VOICE IS MY MOST POWERFUL INSTRUMENT.

Against all odds, I healed my 'incurable' condition naturally by freeing my voice and reclaiming my creative power. Today, I've guided hundreds of women to reclaim their voices, speak their truth, and awaken the medicine within them.
